The room was clean and spacious, toilet bowl was heated, the beds were comfortable with two pillows each - one soft and one firm. Location was great, very near to Futian Checkpoint station. No smoke smell in the hotel and the staff were very helpful and polite! Room minibar was free for the first round, and the breakfast spread was good as well (noodle station, egg station, western and Asian options).

This hotel was in an excellent location near the train station, restaurants, and local shops. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. A bonus was the hotel had complimentary laundry machines! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast. The king-size bed room is compact but cosy. The Futian Port (福田口岸) is located just 3 minutes walks on the same street. The breakfast is started at 6:30am. Very convenient, if you just want to have a good breakfast, then immediately go to Hong Kong!

The hotel is close to Futian Port Immgration. Easy access to MTR station to and from Hong Kong and also other areas in Shenzhen
